Animals Can’t Hide Their Objective Laboratory Data

Advancing the Veterinary Clinical Pathology Industry

Promoting Better Health Care for Our Companion Animals

Laboratory Receivers, LLC is a group of expert educators in veterinary clinical pathology (hematology, clinical chemistry, urinalysis, and diagnostic cytology) and laboratory-driven clinical practice.  We use laboratory tests as an adjunct to companion animal health management in both health and disease.  Our patients can hide signs of many diseases but they cannot hide their objective laboratory data.

What We Do

Our team uses data and science to point toward the truth.  By focusing on the results of the tests run on blood, tissues, urine, and other fluids, we can assess many aspects of our pets’ health simultaneously and educate others to do the same. Regularly repeated measurements (at least annually) allow us to monitor for subtle changes in organ health (e.g., liver, kidney) that may evolve over time as our pets age.

How We Do It

We present face to face and online continuing education conferences to veterinarians, veterinary nurses and technicians, and pet owners.  We use a systematic and case-based approach in these presentations.  We collaborate with veterinary hospitals, diagnostic veterinary clinical pathology laboratories, and diagnostics development companies in the design and implementation of data mining studies. We also consult with these entities regarding new and improved approaches to disease diagnosis.
